So… I fucked up my shoulder… bad. We think I pulled a muscle, but I might have torn something.
So, unfortunately… no 30 Day Shred! Because that really works your arms.
Which sucks, because it works wonders, and its all I have time for. I don’t even get home until 6:30-7, and finals are coming up, so there’s so much homework.
But, I still need to work out! My goal is to be at least at 123 by the summer. I weigh 128.2 now.
What are some good exercises that I can do that wont bother my arms? I’m okay with my arms. I mean, they can be more toned, but its no big deal that they have to wait.
I know I can jog. I was also thinking about Russian twists, squats, crunches, and reverse crunches.
